Terms and Conditions for Registering Women's Beauty Service Providers on the Retosh App

Welcome to the Retosh App. This application allows beauty service providers to register their accounts and offer services through the platform. By using the app as a service provider, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Basic Registration Requirements
• The service provider must be a qualified professional in women's beauty services such as makeup, hairstyling, skincare, etc.
• The following documents must be submitted:
- Full name of the provider or establishment name
- National ID / Commercial registration number
- Business license or professional certification (if available)
- Contact information (phone number, email)
- Geographic address or service coverage area
- Tax registration number
- Any other documents requested by the app
2. Service Provider Responsibilities
• Providers must adhere to professional standards and deliver high-quality services.
• They are fully responsible for the quality of services offered, including the appropriate use of products and tools.
• They must adhere to scheduled appointments and inform clients in advance in case of delays.
3. Pricing and Payments
• Prices are determined based on an agreement between the provider and the app.
• The app reserves the right to set a commission percentage from the payments made to service providers.
• Providers must accept payments through the approved payment methods on the app.
4. App Liability
• The app acts solely as a platform connecting providers with clients. It does not directly offer any services.
• Therefore, the provider is solely responsible for the quality and execution of services.
• The app’s role is limited to:
- Displaying provider profiles and ratings, without implying endorsement or official certification of the provider’s skills or listed information.
- Protecting provider data and not sharing it with third parties without permission, except when legally required.
- Enabling salons to register and manage appointments automatically.
- Facilitating payment transactions between parties, deducting a set commission per agreement, while not being liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
5. Promotional Offers and Discounts
• Providers may offer promotional discounts on their services.
• The app plays an active role in promoting these offers through its digital platforms.
• The app reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6. Ratings and Reviews
• Clients have the right to rate services, and providers must respond to reviews in a professional and constructive manner.
• In the event of negative feedback, providers should take necessary actions to improve their services.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
• Providers must protect clients’ personal information and not share it with any third party without the client's consent.
• Providers must comply with the app's privacy policy when handling user data.
8. Termination and Suspension
• The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate a provider’s account if they violate these terms and conditions.
• In case of emergencies that prevent service delivery, the provider must notify the client immediately through the app.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
• The app has the right to use content uploaded by providers (such as images and videos) for promotional purposes.
• Providers may not use the app’s branding or trademarks without written permission.
10. Modification of Terms
• The app reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Providers will be notified of any changes.
11. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.

الشروط والأحكام لتسجيل مزودي خدمات التزيين النسائي في تطبيق رتوش

مرحبًا بكِ في تطبيق رتوش. يتيح هذا التطبيق لمزودي خدمات التزيين النسائي تسجيل حساباتهم لتقديم الخدمات عبر المنصة. باستخدامكِ للتطبيق كمزود خدمة، فإنكِ توافقين على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
1. المتطلبات الأساسية للتسجيل في التطبيق
• يجب أن يكون مزود الخدمة محترفًا مؤهلًا في مجال التزيين النسائي مثل (المكياج، تسريحات الشعر، العناية بالبشرة، إلخ).
• يجب تقديم المستندات التالية:
- الاسم الكامل لمزود الخدمة أو اسم المنشأة
- رقم الهوية / السجل التجاري
- رخصة مزاولة النشاط أو الترخيص المهني (إن وُجد)
- معلومات الاتصال (رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني)
- العنوان الجغرافي أو نطاق الخدمة
- رقم السجل الضريبي
- أي مستندات أخرى قد يطلبها التطبيق.
2. مسؤوليات مزود الخدمة
• الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية وتقديم الخدمات بجودة عالية.
• يتحمل مزود الخدمة المسؤولية الكاملة عن جودة الخدمة المقدمة، واستخدام المنتجات والمعدات المناسبة.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة مع العملاء، وإبلاغ العميل مسبقًا في حال حدوث تأخير.
3. الأسعار والدفع
• يتم تحديد الأسعار وفقًا لاتفاق مزود الخدمة مع التطبيق.
• يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تحديد نسبة العمولة من المبالغ المدفوعة لمزودي الخدمة.
• يجب على مزودي الخدمة قبول المدفوعات عبر وسائل الدفع المعتمدة في التطبيق.
4. مسؤولية التطبيق
• يعمل التطبيق كمنصة وسيطة تربط بين مزودي الخدمة والعملاء، ولا يقدّم أي من الخدمات بشكل مباشر.
• يقتصر دور التطبيق على ما يلي:
- عرض ملفات مزودي الخدمة وتقييماتهم، دون أن يعني ذلك مصادقة أو اعتمادًا رسميًا من قِبل التطبيق.
- حماية بيانات مزودي الخدمة وعدم مشاركتها مع أطراف خارجية دون إذن، إلا في حالات قانونية.
- تمكين الصالونات من تسجيل وإدارة الحجوزات بشكل آلي.
- تسهيل عمليات الدفع بين الأطراف، مع خصم عمولة محددة حسب الاتفاق، دون مسؤولية عن أي تأخير من مزودي الدفع أو البنوك.
5. العروض والخصومات الترويجية
• يمكن لمزودي الخدمة تقديم عروض وخصومات ترويجية على خدماتهم.
• يقوم التطبيق بدور أساسي في الترويج لهذه العروض عبر منصاته الرقمية.
• يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تعديل أو إلغاء أي عرض ترويجي في أي وقت.
6. التقييمات والمراجعات
• يحق للعملاء تقييم الخدمات.
• يجب على مزودي الخدمة التعامل مع التقييمات والمراجعات بشكل مهني وبنّاء.
• في حالة تلقي مراجعات سلبية، يجب اتخاذ إجراءات لتحسين الخدمة.
7. السرية وحماية البيانات
• يلتزم مزود الخدمة بحماية خصوصية بيانات العملاء وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث دون موافقتهم.
• يجب الامتثال لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق عند التعامل مع بيانات المستخدمين.
8. الإنهاء والتعليق
• يحق للتطبيق تعليق أو إلغاء حساب مزود الخدمة في حال انتهاك الشروط والأحكام.
• في حالة حدوث ظرف طارئ يمنع تقديم الخدمة، يجب إبلاغ العميل فورًا عبر التطبيق.
9. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
• يحق للتطبيق استخدام المحتوى الذي يتم تحميله من قبل مزودي الخدمة (مثل الصور والفيديوهات) لأغراض ترويجية.
• لا يجوز استخدام العلامة التجارية الخاصة بالتطبيق دون إذن كتابي.
10. تعديل الشروط
• يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إخطار مزودي الخدمة بأي تغييرات.
11. القانون الحاكم
• تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، ويتم تسوية النزاعات في المحاكم المختصة.
